We stand behind the quality of our premium peptide apparel. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll make it right.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or damage
- Description of the issue
We'll review your case and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Size or Fit Issues
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for size or fit preferences. Please review our size charts carefully before ordering. If you're unsure about sizing, contact us before placing your order.
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items without defects or damage
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and request a refund for the original item (if eligible).
