At OPP Brand, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

We do accept returns/replacements for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or design)

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Refunds & Replacements:

  • Approved defective/damaged claims will receive a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Final Sale Items: All custom and personalized products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Return Shipping: For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return label. We do not cover return shipping for non-defective items.
