Shipping policy

1. Order Processing All OPP Brand products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country. OPP Brand is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages OPP Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. OPP Brand is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@wellnesselevation.org — we can only make changes before the order enters production.

7. Delays Production and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. OPP Brand is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
